    Building an onshore development team from scratch and leading the re-platforming of an enterprise .NET Framework solution to .NET 10 on Azure with microservices and message-driven architecture. Established automated testing (XUnit, Vitest, Playwright) and Azure DevOps CI/CD, and pioneered spec-driven AI development workflows with Claude Code.

    Lead Software Developer & Team Lead PDMS · Isle of Man

    Lead engineer for GSIS — a global BOM system handling 100,000+ product revisions and 500,000+ parts across 30+ brands — and for major enhancements to BORIS, a vessel and crew management system for one of the world's largest ship registries. Managed a hybrid team of 6 while staying hands-on, refactored a legacy ASP.NET codebase (DI with Autofac, XUnit) for measurable gains in code health and delivery speed, delivered 10+ SAP ERP interfaces, and ran Power BI consultancy workshops.

    Software Developer PDMS · Isle of Man

    Built scalable C# .NET Core applications (SQL Server, Angular) for clients including Stanley Black & Decker and the Bahamas Maritime Authority. Led the BORIS back-office system and Angular public portal for a registry with 50M+ gross tonnage, and spearheaded REST/SAP ERP integration through clean abstraction layers.

    Developed and maintained a bespoke C# .NET and SQL Server financial client administration system, building web services to integrate third-party systems and supporting roll-outs to three newly acquired international offices under tight deadlines.

    Engineered ASP.NET applications for the nuclear industry (C# .NET, VB.NET, T-SQL, Oracle PL/SQL) under strict security and regulatory standards. Delivered a SCADA reporting solution end to end, and automated IT operations with PowerShell.
